The coolest thing about these commands is that they will work on Fallout 3 as well. I got the explorer perk and thought I'd go to every loction and lets just say the gold mines west and east/south and north are the most dissapointing parts of my explorations, all that was there was, some ghouls, though actually in one part I got ambushed and it was kinder cool.
